To make sure every store and location is maintained within our standard of customer service and presentation, we have implemented the Facility Service Desk.

It is the mission of the Facility Service Desk to provide prompt, courteous services for all of your facility-related Issues. We manage your work requests 24/7/365, both through our state-of the-art call center and this online portal. You can enter a service request or check the status of any request you placed at any time, day or night, from anywhere you have access to a web browser.

Currently the Facility Service Desk supports Heating & Air Conditioning and Refrigeration service requests.

 

 
Stores are directed to "ENTER" all calls manually into FMPilot, do not call FMPILOT for service unless it is an emergency situation. For emergency situations where you can not enter a request at store level call Facility Service Desk 877-476-5475, note: a record of the phone call will be sent to the SSC, again the preferred method is to use FMPilot by keying in your request yourself at store level.
